• Sterilization
  - Autoclave: coiling loosely in surgical muslin and
     autoclaving at 15 psi of steam for 30 minutes.  
     Following initial sterilization, shrinkage of
     2% - 4%may be noted. No further shrinkage
     should occur.
  - Chemical or gas (Ethylene Oxide): coil tubing and warp
     loosely in muslin or linen and follow the directions of
     the sterilizer manufacturer.
